Information about our quality materials

In our facilities,
we use many types of materials and products for sign making. Because signs
can be used in many places, a variety of plastics and metals were developed
to specifically target each use. Below is an outline of high quality materials
we use to produce signs of the highest caliber.
Materials for Sign Making

Acrylic
Very durable
all-around plastic that can be used indoors and outdoors. Acrylic
has a high gloss finish that comes in many color choices. We use
it to make nameplates, hall direction signs, architectural signs,
name badges, and conference signs. Other uses include free standing
signs, restrooms, ADA, and commemorative plates.

Aluminum
Primarily used
for lawn stakes and traffic signs, aluminum is great for the outdoors.
It's protective coating ensures years of durability without rust.
It's light while retaining a rigid form. This metal comes in several
colors.

Bronze
A distinctive,
high quality metal, bronze is the ideal choice for building signs,
commemorative plaques, donor boards, and awards. This classic metal
is cast solid for sturdiness and has a beautiful antiquated tone
that lasts for generations.

Corrugated
Plastic
This lightweight
material comes in many colors and great for short-term indoor and
outdoor use. Corrugated plastic can be put out on the golf course
as a sponsorship sign, used as temporary real estate signs, conference
poster boards, and sales presentations.

Komatex
(Foam PVC)
A versatile
plastic that is lightweight and usable indoors and outdoors for
a limited time. It is not brittle like acrylic, so it won't crack
or break as easily. Komatex comes in a variety of colors. Its matte
finish makes the message easy to read. Use it for sales meetings,
conferences, store counters, and other places where a message is
valuable.

Magnetic
Use this versatile
material to advertise your business/organization on your vehicle
without a permenant installation. With proper maintenance, can be
used for long periods of time. Printable in digital full color and
resistant to the elements.

Polystyrene
A very strong,
durable plastic that makes a great cost-effective material for building
signs, cashier counters, menus and trade show signs. Comes only
in white and can be silkscreened with any number of colors.

Vinyl
A strong, felxible
material that is great for banners. Printable using our full-color
digital printers. Also available in different background colors.
Hangable, vinyl banners can be used indoors and outdoors. Great
for grand openings, special events, markets and fairs, promotions,
and informational messages.

Wood
& Composite Materials
Durable and
rigid, great for large signs used in real estate and architecture.
Composite materials are available in many colors and natural wood
is paintable to match any design. Different types of wood are available
and used with various metals or composites depending on the scope
of the project.
